To whom it may concern,
This evening I returned a call from Barrie Ford (which
turned out to have been a courtesy call for oil change etc.
which I just had done last week from you). The gentleman
who answered, Cory Chapman, was so engaging that I began
to talk of my concerns that my vehicle was due for a major
tune-up and other issues.
He very professionally walked me through the issues and
costs involved. I have over the years hired and trained
staff to deal with telephone skills, and I must say Cory
can definitely be a trainer.
