We're Open & Ready To Serve You Safely

As an essential service, our service department is open and ready to serve you safely. We are pleased to offer our customers the following options to help keep our employees safe and keep you on the road.

Contactless Service Drop: Upon arrival please park your vehicle in our customer parking that faces Bryne Drive. On the man door into service, you will see our key drop box. Fill out the envelope with your information, put your keys in the envelope and drop in the box. One of our advisors will reach out to you to go over your appointment and any questions or concerns you may have. When the vehicle is completed your advisor will call to let you know it's completed and take payment over the phone. Your invoice and vehicle will be outside ready for a contactless pick-up.

Drop Off with Advisor: Upon arrival please pull up to the service door and remain in your vehicle until the service door opens. You can drive into the drive thru where you will be directed to an advisor. Your advisor will go over your appointment and address any questions or concerns you may have. When your vehicle is complete your advisor will give you a call to let you know it's completed and take payment over the phone. Your vehicle will be outside and ready for contactless pick-up. Please note you will be required to wear a mask while in the dealership and maintain social distancing. 

Valet options are available for $29.95 within Barrie (not including surrounding areas).

Please note: Our waiting area and washrooms are currently closed. We will also not be offering shuttle service at this time.
